Evacuation Planning Survey

The intent of this survey is to gather data and feedback regarding Evacuation Planning for residents and property owners in the Village. The information obtained from this survey will be used to inform the future Evacuation Plan. The survey will be open until January 5, 2026.

Your information is collected under section 26 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). The information will be used and maintained for the purpose it was collected and in accordance with FIPPA.
