Report to Council - June 15, 2026
Civic Campus: Building Tomorrow Together has finished this stageCouncil received the Civic Campus Update report for information. The Village will prepare a report to Council for a future meeting that includes costs/funding models to engage consultants to perform a danger tree assessment, to evaluate the health and safety of existing vegetation within the area, an ecological/environmental assessment to provide valuable baseline data regarding site conditions, habitat value, and potential constraints for the proposed site.
- The Village will not be forwarding the revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to School District No. 78.

Potential Future Phases
this is an upcoming stage for Civic Campus: Building Tomorrow TogetherPhases 1 to 5 of the Civic Campus project will each include community/public engagement opportunities. Future phases of the project and public engagement beyond Phase 1 are dependent on Provincial funding for a new school.
